The Farmer Family

C&H Hardwoods was started in 1994 by Cliff & Hope Farmer. Cliff started in the lumber business in 1982 and worked on the inside sales desk for 2 years, then moved to outside sales for 12 years before starting C&H in July of 1994.


For the first 9 years, Cliff sold & brokered lumber & moldings until January 1st of 2003, when he purchased the facility at 320 Thomas Place and started manufacturing the moldings, glue-up panels, specialty stair goods, and started carrying plywood, MDF, particle board, and other products for stair industries, cabinet industries, multi-family, and single-family companies.
